Hi, I'm Adela

Guiding women back to themselves through connection, emotional well-being, and a loving relationship with their body, so you can live fully in your authentic expression and aliveness.

I’ve spent the last 6 years immersing into my own personal growth, womb and inner child healing, plant medicine ceremonies, and while walking this path, it became my passion, guiding me into learning, expanding my knowledge, and apprenticeships, reconnecting back to the Source.

My work supports women in reconnecting with the intelligence of their body and the deeper trust that often live beneath the noise of everyday life. I weave together restorative and embodied practices, sacred bodywork, sound meditation, and ancestral healing to support women across the full continuum of womanhood. I serve women with a deep desire and passion for them to return to the relationship with their womb and body as intuitive, sovereign and wise. I believe that when a woman feels safe within herself, she naturally reconnects with her power, her voice, her boundaries and her capacity to trust her own inner knowing.

In the last years, I've been blessed to train, learn and immerse myself in the wisdom of the Seven Rays Lineage from the Andes mountains in Peru.

This is my life’s work – to be in service of life itself, Pachamama, plants, guiding and sharing this powerful and sacred path, with beautiful sisters, ready to remember their essence, their vitality and aliveness, in alignment, peace and living with purpose. It’s where I honour the cycles of the Earth, our cycles, the Elements, the healing power of plants, and the deep remembering that we are not separate from Nature, but part of her.

Nature shows me how to be still and how to move. The way a seed becomes a tree reminds me that growth takes time – and that beauty often begins in the unseen. Plants teach patience, resilience, and the quiet power of presence. And love – the thread that runs through it all – guides every intention, every creation, every connection.
So, welcome and thank you for being here. I'm looking forward to holding, supporting, and walking with you on your journey of coming back home to yourself. To your aliveness, fullness and health.
